1. 3. This Cookie Policy supplements the Seeniorum Privacy Policy and the Seeniorum Terms and Conditions. To the extent that cookies or similar technologies involve the processing of personal data, the Seeniorum Privacy Policy shall also apply.

4. Seeniorum uses cookies and similar technologies to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the website, ensuring security, operating accounts, bookings, payments, communication, remembering preferences, keeping statistics, conducting analytics, carrying out marketing activities and developing website functionalities.

5. Seeniorum exercises due diligence to ensure that the use of cookies complies with applicable law, in particular the Polish Electronic Communications Law, GDPR and the regulations concerning the provision of electronic services.

1. The use of cookies and similar technologies is carried out in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Polish Electronic Communications Law and GDPR.

2. In the case of necessary cookies, the basis for their use is the need to ensure the proper functioning of the website, provide the service requested by the person using the website, ensure security, operate the account, booking process, payments or fulfil the Administrator’s legal obligations.

3. In the case of optional cookies, in particular analytical, statistical, marketing, advertising and some functional cookies, the basis for their use is the consent of the person using the website.
