Cooperation rules for caregivers

Learn the rules for creating a profile, accepting bookings, providing care, adding reports and settling payments.

01 Key rules

Honest profile

Caregivers provide truthful information about themselves, experience, qualifications and scope of support. Credibility is the foundation of families' trust.

Required video

Caregivers add a short intro video visible on their profile. It lets families get to know you before the first visit.

Up-to-date availability

Caregivers show current days and times when they can provide care. The calendar must be kept up to date.

Delivery as booked

Care is provided according to the date, location and scope agreed at booking. Punctuality is essential.

Contact through Seeniorum

Contact about bookings, reports and payments goes through Seeniorum. This keeps both sides safe.

Report after every visit

After each visit the caregiver adds a report for the client. It confirms the work was completed.

Payout

Funds are paid to the caregiver within 24 hours of uploading the report, unless the client raises an issue with the visit.

Payout hold

If the client disputes the report, payout is held until Seeniorum's team resolves the matter.

Senior safety

Caregivers only perform tasks they are experienced in and that match the agreed scope of care.

Privacy

Caregivers do not publish any data, photos or information about the senior or family. We protect our clients' dignity.
