Due to the platform's expansion, we are looking for a Junior Care Coordinator who will support clients and caregivers and ensure the smooth organization of care.
What does the job involve?
Your responsibilities will include:
- contact with seniors and their families,
- contact with caregivers collaborating with Seeniorum,
- support in organizing and coordinating care,
- answering ongoing client questions,
- ensuring efficient communication between the client, caregiver, and Seeniorum,
- responding to ongoing situations related to service delivery,
- ensuring high-quality service.
Who are we looking for?
People who:
- have student status,
- are communicative, empathetic, and responsible,
- are able to organize their work well,
- remain calm in unusual situations,
- are comfortable using the phone, email, and online tools,
are independent and thorough.
Experience in customer service, caregiving, working with seniors, psychology, medicine, or service coordination is a plus but not required.
