The “Seeniorum Helps” program is operated by Łukasz Kuca BDB Investments, ul. Nowomiejska 9, 96-100 Skierniewice, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8361821946, REGON: 100613432, tel. +48 604 238 369, e-mail: admin@seeniorum.com, the operator of Seeniorum.com, hereinafter referred to as “Seeniorum”.
The purpose of the program is to support organizations and initiatives working for the benefit of older people in Poland.
Seeniorum allocates the equivalent of 1% of the value of every completed and paid booking covered by the program to support older people in Poland.
The contribution is calculated based on the final value of the booking after discounts, cancellations and refunds.
The program applies to bookings completed from 1 September 2026.
The contribution is fully funded by Seeniorum, does not increase the price of the booking and does not constitute a donation made by the customer.
Funds are periodically donated to organizations or initiatives selected by Seeniorum that support older people in Poland.
The current list of supported organizations is available on the Seeniorum Helps page.
Seeniorum may change the supported organizations and the allocation of funds between them.
The program page displays an automatic counter showing the funds allocated under the program and the number of bookings covered by it.
The amount displayed represents funds allocated by Seeniorum to the program and may include funds awaiting periodic transfer to supported organizations.
Cancelled or unpaid bookings are not included in the program.
In the event of a partial refund, the contribution is calculated based on the final booking value after the refund.
Seeniorum may amend the program rules or discontinue the program by publishing appropriate information on the Seeniorum Helps page.
Any changes will not affect amounts already allocated before the changes take effect.
